SocialBrainAI, published by Optsun Ltd (OPTSUN LTÉE), Mauritius, respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request its deletion, including data obtained when you connect your Facebook, Instagram or other social media accounts.
Data we may hold
When you connect a social media account, we store access tokens and basic information about the profile or page, solely to publish and manage your content. We do not sell your data.
How to delete your data
- From your workspace: sign in to SocialBrainAI, open the connected accounts page and click Disconnect. Access is revoked immediately and the associated tokens are deleted.
- By email: write to contact@socialbrainai.com from your account's email address, with the subject “Data deletion request”. We permanently delete your personal data within 30 days and confirm it to you by email.
Facebook / Instagram data
To revoke SocialBrainAI's access to your Facebook or Instagram account at any time, go to Settings → Business Integrations on Facebook, select SocialBrainAI, then Remove. Our permissions are revoked and the tokens stored for that account are deleted.
What we must keep
Invoices and accounting records are kept for the period required by law, even after the account is deleted.
