1. Overview

SocialBrainAI (hereinafter "we", "our service") is an automated social media management platform powered by artificial intelligence. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR and applicable laws.

2. Data Collected

We collect the following data:

• Account information: name, email address, username
• OAuth connection: via Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email and public profile picture
• Brand data: information about your business, products, targeted social networks
• Generated content: posts, images and videos created via our platform
• Usage data: actions on the platform, usage statistics

3. Use of Data

Your data is used to:

• Provide and improve our social media management services
• Personalize AI content generation according to your brand
• Send notifications related to your account
• Ensure security and prevent fraud
• Comply with our legal obligations

We never sell your personal data. We do not share your data with any third party other than the service providers strictly necessary to operate SocialBrainAI, as listed in Section 4 below.

4. Third Parties We Share Data With

To operate the service, we share the minimum necessary data with the following categories of third-party service providers (sub-processors). These providers act on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We never sell your data and we never share it for advertising purposes.

• Hosting & infrastructure: Hostinger — hosts our servers and databases where your account and content are stored.
• AI content generation: Groq, Google (Gemini API), OpenAI, OpenRouter and FAL AI — process the brand information and prompts you submit in order to generate text, images and videos. Only the content you choose to generate is sent to these providers; your Google sign-in profile (name, email, photo) is not transferred to them.
• Payment processing: Lemon Squeezy / Polar — process subscription payments and credit purchases. Card details are handled directly by the payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
• Social media platforms: Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Google (YouTube) and TikTok — when you connect an account and ask us to publish on your behalf, we transmit the content you approve to the relevant platform using the permissions you have granted.

We may also disclose data where required by law, to comply with a legal obligation, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

5. Google User Data & Limited Use

SocialBrainAI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data obtained through Google Sign-In (your name, email address and profile picture) is used solely to create and authenticate your account. It is not sold, and it is not shared with the AI providers listed in Section 4 or with any other third party, except as required to provide a feature you explicitly request (for example, publishing to your connected YouTube channel) or where required by law. You can revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions or from your SocialBrainAI account settings.

6. TikTok Integration

When you connect your TikTok account, we access only the permissions you explicitly grant (content publishing, analytics). We do not access your private messages or personal data beyond what is necessary to provide the service. You can revoke TikTok access at any time from your account settings or directly from TikTok's settings.

7. Facebook & Google Integration

When you sign in via Facebook or Google, we access only basic profile information (name, email, photo). We do not access your contacts, private messages or personal publications without your explicit consent.

For managing your professional social accounts (content publishing), you grant us specific permissions that you can revoke at any time from your account settings.

8. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is erased within 30 days, except for data required by law.

9. Deletion of Your Data

In accordance with GDPR, you can request deletion of your data at any time:

• Via your SocialBrainAI account settings

10. Security

We use SSL/TLS encryption protocols, secure JWT tokens and infrastructure hosted on secure servers operated by our hosting provider (Hostinger). Access to your data is strictly limited to authorized personnel.

11. Cookies

SocialBrainAI uses only cookies essential to the operation of the service (authentication, language preferences). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights:
