Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which SocialBrainAI, operated by Optsun Ltd, offers refunds for its subscription plans and credit purchases. By subscribing to or purchasing credits on SocialBrainAI, you agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Plans

SocialBrainAI offers monthly subscription plans (Solo, Business, and Agency). You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service, provided that your AI generation usage during that period has been minimal (less than 20% of the plan allowance).

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial charge.
• Renewal charges are not refundable once a new billing cycle has started, but you may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
• Cancelling a subscription stops future billing; access remains active until the end of the paid period.

3. Credit Purchases

Credits purchased to power AI generations (images, videos, campaigns) are consumable digital goods. Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided that no credits from the pack have been consumed. Once any credit from a pack has been used, that pack becomes non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• AI generations already produced (images, videos, text, campaigns) are delivered instantly and are non-refundable.
• Credit packs that have been partially or fully consumed.
• Subscription periods that have already elapsed.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@socialbrainai.comwith your account email and the transaction reference. We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through PayPal, our payment processor.

6. Payment Processor

SocialBrainAI is sold by Optsun Ltée (BRN C14124280, VAT VAT27290806), Mauritius, which is the seller and merchant of record. Payments and refunds are processed by PayPal on our behalf. Refunds will appear on your statement under the PayPal descriptor associated with Optsun Ltée.
