1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing SocialBrainAI (hereinafter "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service. SocialBrainAI is operated by Optsun Ltd.

2. Description of the Service

SocialBrainAI is an AI-powered social media management platform. The Service allows users to:

• Connect and manage multiple social media accounts
• Generate content drafts (text, images, videos) with AI assistance
• Review, edit and approve each piece of content before it is published
• Schedule approved content for publication on connected accounts
• Analyze the performance of their publications

Human oversight: SocialBrainAI is a marketing management tool, not an autonomous publishing system. All AI-generated content is produced as a draft and requires explicit human review and approval by the user before any publication. The Service never publishes content on a user's behalf without that prior approval.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to:

• Use the Service to publish illegal, offensive or misleading content
• Circumvent technical or security limitations of the Service
• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate the terms of use of third-party social media platforms
• Attempt to access other users' data

4. TikTok Integration

SocialBrainAI integrates with TikTok to allow users to schedule and publish content on TikTok. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize SocialBrainAI to access and use your TikTok account solely for the purposes described in this agreement. You can revoke this access at any time from TikTok's settings or from your SocialBrainAI account settings. SocialBrainAI complies with TikTok's Platform Policy.

5. Third-Party Social Network Connections

By connecting your social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn), you authorize us to access these accounts within the scope of the permissions you grant. You remain responsible for the content published via our Service. You can revoke these accesses at any time from your account settings.

6. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. SocialBrainAI shall not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (interfaces, logos, texts) are protected by the intellectual property rights of Optsun Ltd. Content you generate or publish via the Service belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

SocialBrainAI is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service over the past 12 months.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
